welcome woman,
You have arrived into a Circle of 700 Wild Women who are answering the Call.
THE CALLto awaken our inner knowing, innate wisdom and instinctual nature
THE CALLto embody the feminine in its multidimensionality
THE CALLto reclaim the lost rites and passages of womanhood
THE CALLto gather in healing the wounds that have kept us separate
THE CALLto celebrate that we are
Daughters of the Earth.
Spanning Generations and Geographies
we are weaving a living movement of cultural regeneration, united in prayer, creation, learning, and healing.
We are honouring our cycles and seasons as women, which have been forgotten but live within our blood, bones, and wombs.
We are reorienting to the altars of womanhood by walking hand in hand through ancient rites of passage.
We are willing to unlearn the ways of a dying culture by breathing life into a new way of relating to the Earth, renewing our ancestral skills and recommitting to living in balance..
We are abiding in deep reverence for the female body in its ability to bleed without violence, bring spirit into matter, and birth life.
We are embodying new myths in the reclamation of our cultural role as women devoted to the earth, village, and sisterhood.
Sister, this is world building work
WHEN WE GATHER TOGETHER WITH THESE INTENTIONS
Our wombs begin to bloom with a vision of a more beautiful world for our children.
Our voices rise in unison, singing an ancient & powerful song that lives in our bones.
Our hearts open to the transformative power of genuine sisterhood.
Our bodies release generations of patriarchal wounding
Our hands work in devotion to beauty, belonging, and creation.
WE GATHER EVERY SUMMER SOLSTICE TO COCREATE A SPACE FOR WOMEN TO EMBODY THEIR TRUEST EXPRESSION
Our time together is filled with powerful community rituals, healing ceremonies, joyous dancing, glorious grieving, soulful learning and earth quaking embodied experiences.
Together, over 4 days nestled on the banks of the Kicking Horse River on Ktunaxa Nation territory (near Golden, B.C. Canada) we create a living village filled to the brim with magic and mystery.
Do you feel the call, Daughter of the Earth? If you are a woman who feels the pulse of the Earth beneath her feet, then this gathering is for you.
We invite you, maiden, mother, matea, maga, and crone. You are an integral part of this circle of over 700 women on the journey of a lifetime.
In each woman's story there is a mythic template
Like the imaginal cells of a butterfly that lay dormant in the caterpillar
Waiting to emerge.
The Earth Daughters Mythos
The emergence of the Earth Daughter’s myth over five years of gathering together is revealing to us our true nature, our cultural roles as women, and the path towards the future we desire most. We need the Earth Daughters’ mythos, not just to enter the imaginal world of what is possible to create as women on this earth, but as a thread of living wisdom, overflowing love, and unshakable belonging that keeps us connected to one another in an era of division and fear.
The myth of Earth Daughters is re-emerging in our collective field through the bone, flesh, and blood of each woman choosing to reclaim the rites of passage through the altar's womanhood. If the Earth Daughters myth is woven into your soul, it is because you are a thread holder of the return of the sacred feminine in modern culture.
We are all participants in weaving this mythic story. Our shared and individual legacy is woven and will have a long lasting impact on the lives of our descendants. We might not see it, but if you have attended this sacred gathering, you have surely felt it. The prayers that we weave when we gather together are unstoppable. We need only show up as we are.
Earth Daughters is more than a festival, it is a cultural hearth and we are each tending the fire of sisterhood and feminine leadership. Our own story of homecoming is an offering to this sacred fire.
Our gathering is world building because women are choosing to reclaim their power, roles, and responsibilities as culture keepers, healers, visionaries, artists, and architects of the new world. We are committed to tending to the mythic landscape of the Earth Daughters festival with devotion, care and reverence for the mysterious aspects of the unseen world that moves through us, the land, and our deepest longings for cultural repair.
Community ritual is a big part of our offering
We are deeply grateful for Marya Stark for bringing her expansive mythic visions to life in the meadow with full participation of our community of women. It is so obvious how hungry we are for these rituals and how deeply they feed our mind, bodies, and spirits. We look forward each year to how community ritual will weave through the festival.
Community Rituals
CRIMSON RIVER (2025)
A holy procession of 700 women healing bloodlines and holding visions of a lineage of love reborn through the gates of the womb illuminated.
WOMEN OF WATER (2024)
A procession to the Underground River that feeds the fertile souls of our lives and connects all of our lineages. We honored all the wisdom that has been passed down generation after generation, from grandmother to mother to daughter.
Theme Days
FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER
2026 Earth Daughters Festival Theme:
The Three Dimensions of Feminine Descent
For the first time ever, Earth Daughters Festival is offering women the opportunity to commit to a multi-day, deep-dive immersion.
We introduce to you: The Three Dimensions of Feminine Descent, with Autumn Rose @embodyjaguar
Across three days, we honor the depths and heights of the feminine through an intimate multiday workshop, ritual, ceremony, and community gatherings.
Autumn will guide participants through Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 of the Three Dimensions of Feminine Descent multi day immersive workshop.
To further embody these teachings we invite all festival attendees to join us in celebrating the 2026 theme days: Death, Sacrifice, and Rebirth:
DAY 1 Death

Friday evening, we honour all that is gone. Participants are encouraged to embody the Wild Woman, releasing what no longer serves to the fire.
DAY 2 Sacrifice

Saturday afternoon, we enter the Crimson River Ceremony with Marya Stark, honouring our lineage, the sacred blood and sacrifice of woman. Participants are invited to wear red, standing together in remembrance.
DAY 3 Rebirth

Who are the Earth Daughters?
An Earth Daughter is any woman who feels the pulse of the Earth beneath her feet; she is a visionary, mother, artist, healer, myth-maker, and wisdom keeper who is called to community, leadership and ceremony.
This festival is for the women who are trailblazing new cultural pathways, who sense that the systems we’ve inherited are failing humanity and who are no longer willing to accept the continued destruction wired into these systems.
You do not need any specific skill or knowledge to be an Earth Daughter. We ask that you leave your perfectionism at the gate. All women are welcome, as you are! You must simply long to remember your belonging - to land, lineage, and to one another and to allow that longing to guide you.
You need only to trust that personal healing and planetary healing are one and the same. And you are here for both!
Earth Daughters emerged from a need for women-led models of leadership and community. Women hold the wounds of Patriarchy and Empire and we are responsible for healing these wounds, not in isolation, but in community.
As a female-based movement, we are committed to doing our shadow work so we can honour one another in the greatest integrity. We do not expect perfection, but we do ask for self-awareness and a willingness to dance with your shadows.
About the Earth Daughters Festival
VISION
Earth Daughters envisions a world returned to balance, where women across generations and geographies are united in prayer, creation, learning, and healing. A world where women's reclaimed authority over our rhythms, relationships, and stories restores ecological harmony and social balance for all beings. We envision a thriving, self-sustaining women-led movement that uplifts a global movement of artists, healers, land stewards, educators, community builders, mothers and daughters—all contributing to a shared legacy of cultural regeneration.
MISSION
Earth Daughters co-creates sacred spaces where women gather, dream, and work free from patriarchal patterns of performance, vigilance, and survival. Through our annual festival, seasonal gatherings, educational immersions, and our online altar, we support women in claiming community belonging, reclaiming their power, and awakening their intuitive, cyclical, embodied intelligence. We are cultivating a lineage of women who bravely stand for and act in reciprocity and devotion with the Earth, creating lasting ecological, cultural, and social impact.
Calling in Our Ceremonial Home
For the last 3 years, EDF has been anchored on land known as the Meadow. It is our biggest dream to purchase and regenerate a living sanctuary where the Earth herself is tended year-round. Sustainable settlements and family plots intertwine community gardens and a core central gathering hub with accommodations for retreats, gatherings, and our annual festivals: one devoted to women, one for the men and another welcoming all families and kin.
The land will serve as a teaching ground for earth-based feminine leadership, circular economies, and intergenerational wisdom exchange, carrying forward the spirit of reciprocity, celebration, and sovereignty.
Earth Daughter’s Values
Reciprocity - We walk in relationship with the Earth, giving back as much as we receive. Every gathering, project, and offering is an act of gratitude, a living exchange between women, land, and lineage.
Regeneration - We are committed to restoring our wild, creative natures as women and tending our communities and ecosystems.
Reconciliation - We are committed to unlearning extractive and domination-based systems that have shaped modern culture. We acknowledge the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization on Indigenous peoples and lands, and we seek to engage with these realities through education, reflection, accountability, and respect. Earth Daughters approaches reconciliation as an ongoing practice of listening, learning, and cultivating right relationship, rather than a fixed destination or claim of authority.
Sovereignty - We honour the autonomy and inner authority of every woman. Earth Daughters is a place- in spirit and form- where each woman stands rooted in her power, truth, intuition and leadership. She co-creates from a place of embodied power.
Biology - We understand Womanhood to be both a cultural and biological experience. We celebrate, explore, and educate about the biological roles and rhythms inherent to being female - that we then embody in our expression of Womanhood. Our work lies at the intersection of female biology and feminine expression. The experience of living in a female body is central to the festival journey.
Sisterhood - We cultivate belonging through authentic connection and mutual support. Our circles are spaces of remembrance, where competition dissolves, and women rise together as kin. We acknowledge our shadows and projections and commit to turning towards one another, even (and especially) when it feels challenging.
Stewardship - We hold deep reverence for the lands we gather on and the ancestral lineages that protect them. Stewardship is not symbolic; it’s a practice of tending, protecting and acting in right relationship
Creativity - We are creative by nature and our art, expression, and creative ceremony are vital to culture. Creativity is how we remember who we are, how we heal, educate, and reimagine a more beautiful world together.
Legacy - We place future generations at the center of our visionary work. Earth Daughters exists to plant seeds and grown gardens of cultural, ecological, and spiritual resources that will nourish our daughters and their daughters to come.

“A true festival is not a tame affair. It is a suspension of normal rules, mores, structures, and social distinctions.”
— Charles Eisenstein
WHAT IS A FESTIVAL ANYWAY AND WHY DO WE NEED IT?
This is more than just a festival- it is a journey, which begins before you even arrive! In the lead up to your journey to the Meadow, it is natural to feel challenged (physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually). By the time you arrive, your soul has been stretched & shaped in anticipation of the festival journey. This is a part of the process of surrendering to the Mystery. Be assured that every Sister arrives having overcome their own challenges. We walk the threshold together.
When you cross the threshold into the Meadow, you are asked to affirm your commitment to the values of Earth Daughters and the ceremony of sisterhood. It is the energy of entering a gathering that will shape our shared experience so we invite you to prepare well.
When women have sacred, protected spaces to gather, dream, and work free from the unconscious performance, vigilance, and patterns shaped by patriarchy, something ancient and powerful reawakens. We cannot fully know what will arise!
We do know that we access new levels of creativity, safety, and truth-telling. Our nervous systems settle, our voices rise, and our innate intelligence - intuitive, cyclical, embodied - begins to lead.
In these spaces, women reclaim authority over their rhythm, their relationships, and their impact, unlocking collective potential that ripples into every layer of society: homes, communities, economies, and ecosystems.
