Camping & Ticket Pricing Transparency
Earth Daughters Festival early bird and general admission tickets are general pass tickets and do not automatically include camping.
In earlier years, we did our very best to include camping within the ticket price for as long as possible. As the gathering has grown, however, rising venue and infrastructure costs - combined with the reality that many women do not stay on site - made this model unsustainable.
Earth Daughters is not hosted at a typical venue. We are not near a major city, and there is no existing power or infrastructure. Every essential element - including water access, waste management, showers, safety services, land stewardship, and logistical support - must be intentionally brought in and responsibly managed. We also operate within a very strict and limited capacity, prioritizing the integrity of the gathering over growth and can not sell unlimited tickets to offset costs.
Separating camping from the general ticket price allows us to:
Sustain the festival long-term
Fairly allocate costs to those using the land
Invest in better services, safety, and infrastructure
Steward the land with integrity and care
Camping fees directly support the real costs of maintaining a safe, supported, and respectful on-site experience for those who choose to stay on the land.
This choice was made thoughtfully to ensure Earth Daughters can continue to exist - rooted in care, transparency, and responsibility rather than compromising the experience or the land that holds us.
