A Catered Evening
Saturday evening we will be catering to YOU and accommodating your nourishment needs, we can’t wait to experience and share with you what Dan of Columbia River Catering (local to Golden) has in store for us, along with a specialty seasonal topping and ferments collection from The Light Cellar (local to Calgary, A.B.).
Our Main Meal:Slow cooked beef brisket on bakery fresh buns, an array of small batch and specialty made toppings and ferments, warm quinoa salad, roasted spring vegetables and baby potatoes & fresh seasonal garden salads.
We will be accommodating Gluten Free and Vegetarian options: please ensure you include this information at check out when you purchase your ticket along with any additional dietary restrictions.
During our suggested meal times, join us within Market Square to intentionally indulge within the carefully selected Feed Vendors and enjoy the additional amenities provided.

Much of what Karen has to offer is grown right in her own garden along with organic ingredients and a heartfelt touch.

Our Grab and Go Local Produce Stand is available for Festival Attendees to come and go from as they please throughout the weekend. We will have an array of produce items available for easy snacking/prepping to contribute toward your nourishment needs. This is a self-serve stand, with cutting boards, knives and dishwashing also available.
