THE EARTH DAUGHTERS PROPHECYIn the turning of great cycles when the soil is stretched thin and the rivers run dry, the Earth will whisper into the hearts of her daughters.
She will call them from the cities, from the mountains & plains. She will call them from their weariness and exhaustion. She will them from their loneliness and longing.
She will call them home.
And the women will rise. From every lineage and language. Barefoot, bleeding, breathing life back into the forgotten places.
They will return to her - not to fix the world, but to remember how to love her well.
They will build altars of belonging and tend fires of renewal, and answer only to Truth.
They will sing the names of rivers, plant prayers in the soil, and weave together what was torn asunder.
They will learn how to bravely relate...
To meet one another beyond comparison and fear, to soften instead of separate,
to see instead of defend.
They will repattern a new map of sisterhood
grounded in standing together
womb to womb
in solidarity and strength.
As they circle, the old patterns will crumble; the noise of domination, the myth of separation, the spell of scarcity.
And in its place will grow a culture of reciprocity, reverence, and remembering.
Children will return to the centre once more.
Men will lay down their armour and listen.
And women will stand as the visionary leaders, guiding humanity back into Right Relationship.
And the Earth will exhale, her body softening under the care
of her daughters returned.
Then it shall be known through every leaf and bone and breath:
The prophecy was never of the end...
it was of the great return.
The Earth was never waiting for salvation...
she was waiting for her daughters to remember who they are.

we are weaving a living movement of cultural regeneration, united in prayer, creation, learning, and healing.
We are honouring our cycles and seasons as women, which have been forgotten but live within our blood, bones, and wombs.
We are reorienting to the altars of womanhood by walking hand in hand through ancient rites of passage.
We are willing to unlearn the ways of a dying culture by breathing life into a new way of relating to the Earth, renewing our ancestral skills and recommitting to living in balance..
We are abiding in deep reverence for the female body in its ability to bleed without violence, bring spirit into matter, and birth life.
We are embodying new myths in the reclamation of our cultural role as women devoted to the earth, village, and sisterhood.

WE GATHER EVERY SUMMER SOLSTICE TO COCREATE A SPACE FOR WOMEN TO EMBODY THEIR TRUEST EXPRESSION
Our time together is filled with powerful community rituals, healing ceremonies, joyous dancing, glorious grieving, soulful learning and earth quaking embodied experiences.
Together, over 4 days nestled on the banks of the Kicking Horse River on Ktunaxa Nation territory (near Golden, B.C. Canada) we create a living village filled to the brim with magic and mystery.

We invite you, maiden, mother, matea, maga, and crone. You are an integral part of this circle of over 700 women on the journey of a lifetime.
Who are the Earth Daughters?
An Earth Daughter is any woman who feels the pulse of the Earth beneath her feet; she is a visionary, mother, artist, healer, myth-maker, and wisdom keeper who is called to community, leadership and ceremony.
This festival is for the women who are trailblazing new cultural pathways, who sense that the systems we’ve inherited are failing humanity and who are no longer willing to accept the continued destruction wired into these systems.
You do not need any specific skill or knowledge to be an Earth Daughter. We ask that you leave your perfectionism at the gate. All women are welcome, as you are! You must simply long to remember your belonging - to land, lineage, and to one another and to allow that longing to guide you.
You need only to trust that personal healing and planetary healing are one and the same. And you are here for both!
Earth Daughters emerged from a need for women-led models of leadership and community. Women hold the wounds of Patriarchy and Empire and we are responsible for healing these wounds, not in isolation, but in community.
As a female-based movement, we are committed to doing our shadow work so we can honour one another in the greatest integrity. We do not expect perfection, but we do ask for self-awareness and a willingness to dance with your shadows.

WHAT IS A FESTIVAL ANYWAY AND WHY DO WE NEED IT?
This is more than just a festival- it is a journey, which begins before you even arrive! In the lead up to your journey to the Meadow, it is natural to feel challenged (physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually). By the time you arrive, your soul has been stretched & shaped in anticipation of the festival journey. This is a part of the process of surrendering to the Mystery. Be assured that every Sister arrives having overcome their own challenges. We walk the threshold together.
When you cross the threshold into the Meadow, you are asked to affirm your commitment to the values of Earth Daughters and the ceremony of sisterhood. It is the energy of entering a gathering that will shape our shared experience so we invite you to prepare well.
When women have sacred, protected spaces to gather, dream, and work free from the unconscious performance, vigilance, and patterns shaped by patriarchy, something ancient and powerful reawakens. We cannot fully know what will arise!
We do know that we access new levels of creativity, safety, and truth-telling. Our nervous systems settle, our voices rise, and our innate intelligence - intuitive, cyclical, embodied - begins to lead.
In these spaces, women reclaim authority over their rhythm, their relationships, and their impact, unlocking collective potential that ripples into every layer of society: homes, communities, economies, and ecosystems.

Earth Daughters envisions a world returned to balance, where women across generations and geographies are united in prayer, creation, learning, and healing. A world where women's reclaimed authority over our rhythms, relationships, and stories restores ecological harmony and social balance for all beings. We envision a thriving, self-sustaining women-led movement that uplifts a global movement of artists, healers, land stewards, educators, community builders, mothers and daughters—all contributing to a shared legacy of cultural regeneration.
MISSION
Earth Daughters co-creates sacred spaces where women gather, dream, and work free from patriarchal patterns of performance, vigilance, and survival. Through our annual festival, seasonal gatherings, educational immersions, and our online altar, we support women in claiming community belonging, reclaiming their power, and awakening their intuitive, cyclical, embodied intelligence. We are cultivating a lineage of women who bravely stand for and act in reciprocity and devotion with the Earth, creating lasting ecological, cultural, and social impact.
