Autumn Rose

  • Autumn Rose

    Costa Rica

    @embodyjaguar

Autumn is a mother, storyteller + women's mentor who supports sisters around the world in returning home to their wombs - the origin point of their innate power as women. She works with maidens, mothers and crones as they reclaim their place of belonging in the circle of life.

Serving women for 15 years, Autumn has walked with women through the deepest depths of grief to the highest peaks of joy, and everything in-between. She midwifes women through death and into depth, supporting them in reclaiming their full feminine frequency, ferocious love + multidimensional medicine. Her way of making the beyond-the-veil a visceral experience will change the way you see yourself and your life.

It is our birthright to live as turned-on, tapped-in and radiant women on this earth. Autumn is here to guide women home to their true selves and their innate wisdom - while making it a lot of fun along the way.

  • THREE DIMENSIONS OF FEMINE DECENT - A 9hr multi day immersive - 3hrs each day - Friday, Saturday & Sunday. *Pre- Registration Required ( No additional fee)

The 3 Dimensions of Feminine Descent The world has taught you that your womb moves through four seasons. But before there was four, there was three. And here, I will bring you into not just understanding, but becoming skilled in transitioning through the three realms of feminine descent.

Some of the most powerful work we can do as women is in honing mastery in meeting life, and not just the love and light parts only. Life and death are always dancing, and in this teaching, I will give you a map that you will walk with for the rest of your life.

Day 1. The Death Dimension. This is the black realm, and the place where we go to die. Not just once or twice, but again and again. There is a power here that only death can beckon forth from deep within us, and she does, with immaculate precision.

But there is a shadow to how women walk with death. Some are afraid of dying, so they cling to versions of self that no amount of oxygen will bring back to life. And there are some who love it here. Where they don't die a quick and painless death, oh no. They choose to stay here and suffer, for the suffering seems lighter than the weight of the responsibility that comes with rebirth.

I will teach you holy to step into this realm with the reverence it deserves. For when you die in a good way... the blood drops.

Day 2. The Red Realm of Sacrifice. Welcome to the world of your blood, where you will learn that she is divinely designed to be the bridge between life and death. Here you will learn the power of your blood, how she communicates, and how she is coded to break all spells and curses that still pump in the veins of your bloodline.

Learn how to stop bleeding out as a woman and mother. To stop placing yourself on the sacrificial altar thinking this is the way to get the love you so deeply deserve. This is where you learn to make a trade with life, and return to sacred ayni as the truest currency there is. And watch as your blood flows from pain into pleasure effortlessly.

Day 3. The White Realm of Resurrection. When one says they are going to dive, we know they also mean that they will resurface afterwards. So naturally, a woman's descent must include her return to the world. This is the place where you learn to take the pearl of wisdom you found in the underworld of your descent, and you carry it back up to the top-side world, where you can share it as the medicine that it is with your community.

The white realm brings a new aliveness into your life, and thus, some women try to cling onto this frequency as long as they can. They get stuck in constantly manifesting the next level, instead of returning to death to do the dirty work. We learn here that we cannot only be born again and again, we must remember that life leads until it's death's turn to take over the dance.

Autumn will also be offering two toher workshops - EYES of MEN and CHOSEN

THE EYES OF MEN : a storytelling and shadow discussion around modern-day men, their obsession with lust, and how to walk as women and wives in a world steeped in pornography addiction.

In this two hour class, you will have the opportunity to sit in a circle in a very powerful way. One of the biggest things we are collectively up against as women is our men's addiction to lust and pornography. What has made you feel the most alone as a woman is in fact, a thread that so many of us have had to weave with - in our intimate relationships, marriages, and personal journeys as women.

Come gather round the fire and receive a traditional storytelling that has wisdom for you in a way that no spoken transmission can muster, and learn how to walk in ferocious love as a woman who has been through so much with men. Join a discussion around the current effects of pornography on the mind's of our men, our sexuality and our relationships as women ready for the next level here on earth.

Our descendants desire to come into this world free from the dark addictions that feed on their innocence. And we as women and mothers are the wombs who will birth the new earth we all walk into. This is where we choose to lay a ferocious line in the sand that says no more to the inversions of lust, and choose the love that we are so so worthy of receiving from our men.

    Monday: CHOSEN

To be fully chosen - it’s the thing every single woman desires to experience in her life.

By her man, her children, her family, her sisters and God.

But even though we ache with this longing at the level of soul, so many women feel the opposite.

You label yourself as too much or not enough.

You feel the sting of unworthiness creep up in every situation.

You sabotage every good thing that comes your way.

You watch as God blesses everyone else in your life but you.

You brace yourself with every new person that you meet, because surely, you will be dropped and disappointed again.

You’ve been waiting for everyone else to choose you, but this is an inversion - you have to go first.

When you choose yourself, everything in the world begins to reflect back to you this inner choice.

When you choose to love yourself, you show everyone else how it’s done.

When you choose to honour your own boundaries, everyone else follows suit.

When you choose your artistry, your medicine, your prophecy - everyone else can finally offer you the support you need to lift your prayers.

The etymology of the word chosen stretches its roots far back to the Proto-Indo-European word “geus”, which means “to taste”.

This is the insatiable hunger within you… that desires to taste the truth of who you are.

To fully choose your true frequency IS the highest act of choosing.

And to be chosen in this world, you must choose yourself in a way that you have never, ever done before.

For far too long you have placed the need to be chosen in everyone else’s hands but your own.

In this two hour class, you are going to have the opportunity to rewire this distortion - and remember that you are already chosen by God.

Now it’s up to you to take this truth and embody it like your joy, radiance and aliveness depend on it… because they do.

  • Alexis is offering 9 hours of THE SISTER SHADOW MEDICINE

Over 3 days of 3 hour classes you will have the opportunity to move this through your vessel by attending 1 or all 3 classes!

Class 1 - Sister Shadow: Death of the Good Girl.

Every woman must face this moment in her life, and in doing so, undo the spells that have been cast into her psyche. In this deeply somatic and interactive journey, we will unearth the manufactured "Good Girl" that has been unconsciously running our lives & hijacking our power as women. Alexis will guide you through a deeply transformational journey of burying the inner good girl and rising into the wild woman.

Class 2 - Sister Shadow: Woundology to Wisdom

Within every woman is a constellation of "wounds" that relate to the original blueprint of our mothers. Herein lies our greatest challenge and our greatest wisdom. In this somatically oriented experience, Alexis will guide you through the Map of the 5 sister wounds and the gift that each one holds once we are brave enough to face ourselves and each other as women.

Class 3 - Sister Shadow: The Magic of Co-creation

When our shadows no longer hold us back from true relational prosperity, we can at last begin to expand beauty, make art and lead with our creative genius as women. Every woman has the natural impulse to co-create with her sisters, yet our outdated narratives & untended wounds often place us against one another, instead of beside one another. In this journey we ask ourselves "how magical can life really get when we unify our genius?" Alexis will guide you through an artistic, poetic, and expansive experience of living from your essence as as a woman, and meeting the holy grail of co-creation that comes when every woman owns her magic.

    @artofloving

Adriana Rizzolo is the founder of Body Temple Church and the creator of Body Temple Dance, a trance space that welcome grief and rage to be transmuted into aliveness through ritual, expressive arts including prayer-formance and intuitive movement. She is a 13 year sober trauma informed, Tantra aligned, spiritual mentor, mystic, somatic healer, adult sex educator, and guide to the unseen realms.

  • TOO MUCH: Pleasure & the Holy Temper Tantrum‍ ‍

A Wild and hilarious healing arts ritual where sacred anger, meets ecstatic comedy, and shame transforms into embodied pleasure and power. Rooted in embodied performance, Body Temple Dance, Italian shamanism, spider medicine, and somatic sex education, this ritual invites you to laugh, cry, moan, and move through the places in the body where silence has lived too long.

We’ll explore the Goddess spot — also known as the urethral sponge — as a somatic portal to collective liberation.

This isn’t just about sex — it’s about remembering that the root of creation in our womb is where the divine spark resides. It’s where we’ve carried centuries of shame, repression, and disconnection from the sacred feminine — and where we also hold the power to reclaim our truth, at any age, any phase, any season of our lives.

Through movement, ritual theater, guided practice, and irreverent prayer, we awaken the healthy sympathetic nervous system — the one that knows how to fight, create, and love fiercely. We let rage become rhythm. We let tears become pleasure. We let laughter become liberation.

And while this work is deeply fun — don’t mistake its playfulness for superficiality. Beneath the humor is Dark Goddess tending: the descent into the body’s holy intelligence, the remembrance that your orgasm is an altar, and your anger a form of devotion, intergenerational healing and ancestral resilience.

Come ready to move ancestral shame, to remember your sensual power, and to laugh your way back into the body of God Herself.

I have been calling for Rematriation, for a return of respect to the Mother and the Deep Feminine since 1998. For twenty-five years I have been helping women in over twenty different countries to remember their true intuitive and embodied wisdom. As an intersectional feminist writer and a yoga therapist and trainer working internationally, I have been holding retreats, trainings and radical decolonial learning spaces since 1998. I have written six books on healing, philosophy and the deep feminine, including Yoni Shakti: A Woman's Guide to Power and Freedom through Yoga and Tantra, and most recently a 700 page reference entitled Nidra Shakti: the Power of Rest, an illustrated encyclopaedia of yoga nidrā.

For seventeen years I ran an annual community yoga and devotional living camp in Avalon, Somerset, and I have also contributed to many major festivals and gatherings in the UK and Ireland for the past three decades. I work as a celebrant and facilitator of sacred land healing rituals. I am Irish and my three grown children's ancestors are all from India and South Africa - I have a global perspective and the maturity of experience that enables me to hold deeply restful space for very large groups of people. I also read Motherpeace Tarot for intentional collectives, large groups and individuals. As a whistleblower and the founder of a campaign to eradicate the abuse of women in yoga, I spent two years battling in court to defend my book Yoni Shakti from the perpetrators of abuse who claimed my truth-speaking was 'defamation' - So I am an experienced advocate for survivors of abuse, for gender justice, truth and collective liberation.

  • Co-Creating the Conception Portal with our Spirit Babies

Exploring the soul’s descent into form and spirit baby communication as a way to co-create the energetic portal for conception

    Description:

This workshop + practice combination will offer an inspiring share, exploring the journey a soul takes to descend into form, how every soul has a unique path of healing/learning/preparation and past life wisdom to integrate before their arrival, how important energetic and frequency support is for their entry and fertility, and how we can support their journey into form by healing our body, beliefs, energy field and connection to our own psychic gifts. We will then teach practical ways circle members can connect to their spirit babies, speaking to the archetype of “mother” beginning preconception in how we can give our babies a voice and advocate for them long before they are even born. The entire workshop journey will centre on reaffirming that we aren’t in this journey alone and all the ways we can co-create and consciously prepare for the conception portal right alongside the souls of our babies. This share will flow into a guided (trauma informed/invitational) spirit baby connection meditation to practice the tools we offered. In this meditation, we’ll focus on something called ‘soul to soul communication’ where you blend your energy with the soul of your child, create heart coherence, and open our intuitive pathways to deeper connection and communication with them. We will close by giving gratitude to our spirit babies and any other spirit members who joined in on the meditation, then transition into space to journal, integrate, share and ask questions.

Honouring Baby Loss: A Circle of Spirit Connection and Remembrance

A circle to honour babies in spirit, attune to their loving presence, and paint a “token of remembrance” infused with their guidance

    Description:

A sacred circle to honor babies in spirit, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, or loss along the way. We will share about life beyond the body, and the unique journey that souls who spend a brief time with us take. We will share how our babies in spirit are around us, guiding and holding space for our experience, offering gentle ways mothers can communicate with their angel babies. We will then guide members through an optional, gentle and invitational angel baby connection meditation, calling upon their angel babies/child(ren) to offer them a “spirit sign” and/or a healing word/message. This spirit sign/symbol/word will be used to inspire a piece of art that they can then paint and take home. We will supply paint, wood tokens and give the option for members to gather a piece of meaningful nature (rock, bark, leaf) they feel called to paint in a way that represents the “spirit sign” and healing word/message they received from their angel baby. After the connection meditation, we will transition into painting with the music continuing. Members can paint in peace, introspectively or engage with members beside them. This will allow us (Emily and Emma) to tend to anyone who needs hands on support or trauma informed support as they transition from the meditation (we would also love to extend the invite to any trauma informed practitioners volunteering their time if they’d like to attend this circle so we have extra support to ensure everyone feels held and safe and giving attendees familiar faces they can seek out in the labyrinth after if needed). After everyone paints, we will go around the circle offering everyone an optional opportunity to share their name, their angel baby/babies/child(s) name, and the essence of their “token of remembrance.” We will then close by offering a blessing/prayer of love from the spirit baby realm, share baby loss and grief resources and invite members to connect, share their art and stay around so members have access to us to debrief, regulate and process anything that came forward for them as well as sharing resources mothers can turn to if they feel called to explore their grief journey, including having access to any other volunteer trauma informed practitioners who attended the circle or letting members know the labyrinth is available for them.

    @nishamoodley

A Devotional Leadership guide, the founder of Global Sisterhood Day, the host of Devotion Podcast, and a mother. As a biracial woman with a background and training in health & executive coaching, ancestral healing work, and community building, she has a unique relationship to the ecology of leadership, and the ability to catalyze deep growth for her clients.

Her work centers around the path of matriarchal leadership, as an expression of our devotional care. For 18 years, Nisha's guided intimate councils, online courses, and over 60 retreats, supporting women to liberate their leadership and weave their gifts in service of a more beautiful world.

  • Let us gather, sisters, to explore through our bodies, psyches, and relational practices, how we are being called to live into our Ancestor's wildest dreams, by stepping into rooted, matriarchal leadership. Let us explore what there is to release and receive, so we may deeply serve our visions for a more beautiful world. In this gathering, we will learn about, practice, and explore – through storytelling, ancestral communion, and connection with our elder selves – our emergence into matriarchal leadership, in a world that is crying out for mother. Our session is an answer to this call.

  • Rites of the Feminine - An offering for women to explore their body as a temple of cosmic intelligence, wisdom, and devotion.

Through the lens of Ayurveda and the art of Abhyanga, we will take a journey through:

    • The exploration of the sacred rhythms of our body— our cycles, our unique elemental imprints or doshas, the rites of passage of womanhood, and the sensual feminine intelligence they hold.

    • The reclamation of intimacy and tenderness with yourself through the ritual of self-touch, awakening pleasure, presence, and embodiment.

    • And the innate intelligence that exists through honouring our body as a living altar, where each touch, each movement, and each oiling becomes an act of devotion, meditation, and awakening.

  • DEATH BLOOM

In Death Bloom, I’ll provide a step-by-step map through the underworld.

We gather in ritual space (because ritual is the sacred technology of renewal, and it invites in the divine — a necessary ingredient). I set this up for you, and teach you how.

We connect to the “why” — for those parts of us that are resistant, it helps to know about the beauty that comes via dying. The magnetism, the liberation, the life force on the other side.

You’ll learn tell-tale signs that a death cycle is at your door. The faster you identify it, the sooner you can get on board.

We discuss the most common forms of resistance and how to circumvent them.

I’ll outline the tools needed to show up to this initiation skillfully and powerfully.

We explore grief as soul activism, and expose the shame and control that can block this powerful alchemical tool.

And I’ll take you through a live practice to change your relationship to whatever is trying to die in your life at this very moment.

    RIPE Midlife Eros

Teaching / transmission on what eros actually IS, how we've been programmed by our overculture to think this dries up at midlife and why we actually have greater access than ever, identifying and debunking what's in the way, offering pathways to deeper access.

Movement / dance practice woven throughout to open bodies to a new experience of eros.

Saera Burns & Betty Ann Jordan

  • Based in Toronto, visual artist Betty Ann Jordan was a lifelong seeker. For ten years she studied tai chi and qigong with Sifu Chen in a local park until his passing in 2020. After practice, students shared dim sum, where teenage Saera observed Sifu’s devotion to never letting a tea cup sit empty. This simple act of collective care, paired with Camellia sinensis, led Saera to gung fu tea—a daily morning practice now shared with her husband and guest served at festivals, grief rituals, and Portland’s Enthea Tea House.

Though we usually honour the milestones and thresholds our children traverse, we rarely take the opportunity to honour our own. • Astarte - Cranbrook, B.C.

    Rhonda - Parson, B.C.

Astarte Sellars took dance leader training in 2007 - 2009. The training program focuses on encouraging a leader to offer and hold a container so that the dance itself, which includes the mantra or sacred phrase together with movements and music may be transformative for the participants. Another aspect of the programme is in depth study of the traditions from which the dances are drawn. This includes Hindu, Buddhist, Tibetan Indigenous groups from all continents, Jewish, Christian, Islamic, Pagan and Goddess traditions.

Careful consideration is given to be mindful of the fact that the dances are not necessarily of the culture from which they are drawn but give a respectful representation of the essence and atmosphere of the particular spiritual tradition. The topic of cultural appropriation is very much in discussion among all leaders of the Dances of Universal Peace.

As an anthropologist at heart, Cristina is fascinated by our personal stories and development as a collective. She loves how languages, environment, culture, stories, myth, nature and people reflect how we are all interconnected.

The magic, intrigue, wonder and curiosity of how we as individuals weave together and  shape our own stories and beliefs through our experiences and what & how we decide to share with the world through our own narrative is what birthed transformational heART work to be born. And knowing that if our story is no longer serving us, we have the full power & authority to change it. Upgrading our beliefs and living an inspired and engaged life on our terms, we can enjoy life's messiness and have fun along the way using our artistic expression, spirituality, and intuition to thrive, feel renewed and inspired, vital and fully present.

Cristina is here to hold space for your journey of remembrance and blossoming into your fullest potential through your unique expression. • The Art of Letting Go- Releasing Attachments to Disappointment

    (A transformational therapeutic art session)

Cristina from the Happy HeARTS Collective will guide you on a transformational  journey to connect with unhealthy attachments to past hurts and difficult outcomes. Here you will acknowledge sorrow, resentment, perfectionism, force, control, grief, shame, blame, guilt, expectations, disappointment, anger, hurts from making assumptions and whatever else is in need of release. Through guided visualization you will connect to your physical body as well as mental & emotional bodies to pinpoint where these emotions have gotten stuck/calcified or are looping/repeating. Illuminating awareness and dissipating dis-ease, chaos, struggle, drama and trauma.

During this session you will be able to create spaciousness and lightness in the heart centre and free the mind of old beliefs and stories that no longer serve your true purpose. This session will help you open up to receiving the gifts the universe & your higher-self are wanting to bestow upon you. This session will help to support your journey throughout the rest of the weekend by providing an opportunity for you to connect to your subconscious programs and to communicate with yourself in a new way and to see things from an expanded perspective.

In this immersive experience, each participant will then create a heARTwork that represents relinquishing control to outcomes and witnessing the magic as it literally unfolds with curiosity and wonder in the art making process.

Benefits of this session include opening up pathways for ease, grace, kindness, joy and compassion towards yourself and others, forgiveness, and light-heartedness.  This process allows one to take accountability and responsibility for how you show up for yourself and are received by others. And to move from reactionary programming to one of pausing and responding with thoughtfulness, clarity & with intention. Allowing things to unfold in ways that surprise and delight us.

As Co-Founder of Red Tent Mystery School, she creates transformative spaces that ignite profound healing and soul led leadership. With over a decade of expertise in womb work, integrative counselling, and shadow integration, Kelsea guides women to reclaim their sexuality, awaken their innate worth, and embody their deepest truth. Her work is an alchemical blend of compassion and integrity, helping women integrate their shadows, embody their wholeness, and radically transform their lives from the inside out. Guided by a deep awareness of the womb field and ancestral wisdom, she holds a fierce, yet loving mirror, reminding women of their original blueprint of innocence and boundless potential to create the life of their dreams.

  • The Mother → Maga:

An Experiential Initiation into Feminine Power

This workshop is an immersive, embodied journey into the light and shadow of the Mother archetype, and the profound transformation that occurs as she evolves into the Maga. Through guided exploration, ritual, and reflection, we will illuminate how both the radiant and wounded expressions of the Mother live within us and how unintegrated shadows can keep women trapped in cycles of suffering, suppression, and self-abandonment.

In her light, the Mother is sovereign, grounded, and creative. She knows who she is and what she stands for. She honors polarity, meeting fear as a teacher and using her shadow as a sacred thread for growth. She is fertile in every sense birthing life, ideas, passion, and purpose. She holds strong boundaries, nurtures without expectation, and creates stable, loving containers for herself and others. She is connected to the divine authority of the feminine, a guardian of life, wisdom, and rebirth.

In her shadow, the Mother can become controlling, martyring, withholding, or consumed by fear and resentment. She may abandon her individuality, manipulate through emotional dependency, struggle with boundaries, or resist responsibility. These shadow expressions often stem from unhealed wounds - personal, ancestral, and collective - passed down through generations of silenced, exploited, and persecuted women.

As women, we encounter this shadow again and again:

    • through our relationships with our own mothers

    • through our menstrual cycles as we prepare to bleed and release

    • and through the ancestral memory carried in our wombs and bones

The transition from Mother to Maga - from nurturer to wise, fierce, truth-speaking woman - requires us to face these shadows fully. It asks us to grieve the ways we have fallen away from the Divine Mother, the ways Mother Earth has been used and violated, and the ways patriarchal systems have conditioned us to remain small, quiet, and disconnected from our power. The witches who were burned are not gone - they live within us. This rite of passage calls us to remember them.

This workshop offers women a sacred opportunity to heal Mother wounds, especially where our mothers themselves were still trapped in shadow. By bringing awareness, compassion, and embodiment to these patterns, we can move through this initiation with greater ease - softening the intensity often labeled as “PMS,” which is, in truth, an embodied expression of unprocessed pain and genetic memory.

    Together, we will:

    • Explore the light and shadow of the Mother archetype

    • Examine how these patterns affect our bodies, cycles, relationships, and creativity

    • Reclaim the womb as a source of creation, wisdom, and power

    • Awaken the Maga within - the woman who holds rage and anger as sacred forces for truth, boundaries, and world-building

This is not about bypassing or taming the shadow.
    This is about integrating it.

This journey is an initiation - awakening women into their power as Mother and Maga, restoring the feminine principles of Love, Truth, and Divine Beauty, and remembering our role in regenerating both ourselves and the world.
