THE CAMPING LOWDOWN
Earth Daughters is an off-grid gathering held on field and forest land. This is not a retreat — much of the camping is on uneven ground and late spring nights in the valley can be cool depending on the weather. Please come prepared, love.
Camping is first come, first serve. Arrive with your crew to camp with your crew. Due to the nature of the land, we are unable to have attendees hold camp spots for friends.
Camping Tickets and Access
Regardless of whether you are sharing a vehicle, camping tent, or site — all attendees staying overnight on festival camping areas or parking grounds require a Camping Ticket in advance.
(Young Maiden tickets include camping)
This ticket is part of how we care for the land and for one another, helping to sustain the service level of the gathering we are creating together.
Those attending for the day only do not require a Camping Ticket.
Arrival and Camping Setup Hours
If you plan to arrive early, an Early Arrival Ticket is required.
CHECK IN AND SETUP HOURS:
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (strict no access after 9:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Overflow Camping Arrivals: Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
⚠️ No campers will be allowed to set up after 12:00 PM on Saturday. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Large vehicles (trucks, trailers, campers, motorhomes):
These must remain in Ascension (near check-in) or in Overflow Camping. They are not allowed in The Meadow.
Vehicle Access to The Meadow:
No vehicles will be allowed to enter The Meadow after 12:00 PM on Friday.
The Meadow Field, vehicles may keep with them
The Meadow Forest campers must park above in Ascension and transport your belongings to the forest via provided shuttle.
Glampers and MUM&BUB campers: Please park in Ascension and use the shuttles for transport - we can help you!
Vehicle Exits:
Vehicles may exit anytime Friday after 12:00pm.
If you plan to leave the festival early, you are welcome to do so. However, your vehicle will not be permitted back into The Meadow.
Supply runs are allowed, but vehicles leaving The Meadow for this purpose must remain in Ascension or Overflow Parking for the rest of the weekend.
Respect Parking Allocations:
A team will assign camping spots. Please follow their guidance and ensure vehicles do not block others in.

Due to the venue's unique nature, it is essential to respect the rules and boundaries for entering and exiting The Meadow. A dedicated team will be available to guide you, but please read the following carefully. Contact us at hello@earthdaughtersfestival.com if you have any questions.

AMENITIES & LOGISTICSNo on-site power hookups or sewage dumping—please come prepared.
Shuttle Service: A regular shuttle will operate between Ascension and The Meadow, taking approximately 3 minutes. Walking between the two areas takes 5-8 minutes.
Facilities Available: Porta Lous, showers trailers, drinking water, Internet cafe & charging station (may be limited at times).

Calgary Airport Shuttle
Professional Chauffeur Shuttle Service from Calgary Airport to the festival grounds, return.
Skip the driving, meet some sisters & just relax….
The shuttle will leave Calgary AM on Thursday, the 19th, and will pick up on Monday, the 23rd, to return to Calgary Airport.
The cost is $250 for a round trip.
Must have ‘Camping & Vehicle’ and ‘Early Arrival Add On’ Tickets
This may be a bus or van dependant on number commitments by certain dates.
This is a sell out service - do not wait / miss out.
Tickets for this service are not available after March 30th or sell out.

This ticket payment gives you unlimited showers all weekend.
We can not confirm or guarantee shower passes will be available for purchase on site.

Sauna Oasis

Upon arrival you will receive a Sauna wristband to enjoy unlimited trips to the sauna throughout your weekend Thursday - Monday.
Sessions will be come and go style, with you self managing your time!
