  • Lunch: Goddess Bowls - Purple Cabbage - Carrots - Dried Cranberries - Pumpkin seeds - Spinach - Micro Greens -Roasted beets/pickles - Chicken Optional - Quinoa - Homemade dressing

  • Afternoon Snack: Zucchini cake with applesauce and dates - Nut Free Trail Mix & Nut option

Friday 
  • Breakfast: GF Oats with hemp hearts and greek yogurt or coconut cream - With lemon, cinnamon, brown sugar apple

  • Lunch: Samosas with peach chutney - And micro green salad with pumpkin seeds, carrots, beets - Veggie or chicken samosas - 1 large or 2 medium size - GF available - Stuffed with peas, carrots, onions, potatoes

  • Afternoon Snack: Banana Chocolate oat bars with maple syrup & flax (GF oats) & Salt Chips

  • Dinner: Palak paneer (spinach & cheese) Or Butter Chicken Or Vegetarian version without chicken or

    without the cheese for vegan - Basmati Rice - Naan Bread

  • Sweet: Coconut Lasdoos (Coconut balls) Shredded coconut, sugar, coconut milk and cardamom
