Child Minding Support at the Festival ages 0 to 6yrs maximum 15 tickets sold 26 hours - $6 per hours child minding supportProviding care and support to the Mothers and young ones of our Earth Daughters Community; cultivating a supportive system that invites for a remembrance of ‘the Village’ amongst the Mothers and their Children as well as those looking to be in service to that connection by offering their presence and gifts into our Guardian Garden.

How It Works
Sign In / Sign Out Required
Mothers must sign their child in and out for each session.Stay Accessible and near by
When signing in, please share your location on the land so we can reach you at any time if needed.Caregiver Ratio
We are holding a 2 children : 1 caregiver ratio to ensure each child receives attentive, present care.Limited Capacity
This is a shared community offering. We will schedule enough volunteers per tickets sold, however depending on caregiver availability, space may be limited.
Important to Know
Mothers must remain on-site and available at all times.
This is not full-time childcare, but a supportive space woven into the rhythm of the festival.
We ask for your flexibility and understanding as this offering flows with capacity.
Volunteers will be selected in preference of qualifications and experience working with children & first aid certifications
Each child must have a supply bag brought by their parent/guardian. The bag should include:
Diapers / nappy supplies
Change of clothes
Food / snacks (clearly labelled with the child’s name)
Personal toys or comfort items
All bags and food items must be labelled with the child’s name to avoid mix-ups.
Parents are responsible for making sure their child has everything needed for the duration of their care.
Our Intention
To create a soft, safe nest within the festival…
where children are cared for with presence,
and mothers are given space to receive, rest, and remember themselves.

For Liability and Legalities -
The child minding space at the festival is avolunteer-led, supportive community offering,not a licensed childcare service.
Parents must remain on-site and nearbywhile their children are in care. They provide their location so we can reach them if needed.
Caregiver teams provideloving, attentive care, butultimate responsibility for each child stays with the parent.

Your ticket fee is directly covering the expense of the shelter and organisational expenses in offering this service.
All EDF Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable.
