Due to the nature of the venue, we have decided to offer compostable plates & bowls - please bring your own cutlery.

Friday Lunch: Samosas with peach chutney - And micro green salad with pumpkin seeds, carrots, beets - Veggie or chicken samosas - 1 large or 2 medium size - GF available - Stuffed with peas, carrots, onions, potatoes
Afternoon Snack: Banana Chocolate oat bars with maple syrup & flax (GF oats) & Salt Chips
Dinner: Palak paneer (spinach & cheese) Or Butter Chicken Or Vegetarian version without chicken or
without the cheese for vegan - Basmati Rice - Naan Bread
Sweet: Coconut Lasdoos (Coconut balls) Shredded coconut, sugar, coconut milk and cardamom
Saturday Breakfast:Quinoa/Flax/Chia Pancakes - With banana, cacao, cinnamon, maple syrup & raspberry compote - With ham optional - Drip Coffee & Tea included
Lunch: Veggie Minestrone Soup - Swiss chard, cannalini beans, celery, green beans, carrots, onions, peas, olive oil and bullion base stock - Chicken optional - Ciabatta bread - Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese
Afternoon Snacks: Mini Caprese skewers- cherry tomato, bocconcini cheese and basil - Served with balsamic vinaigrette - Slices of Rosemary Focaccia
Dinner: Lasagne - Vegetarian option with rice noodles - Meat lasagna with cheese - Vegan lasagna and GF -Tomato, cucumber salad with Italian vinaigrette with red wine vinegar
Dessert: Lemon Olive Oil Cake with blood orange glaze
Sunday Breakfast: Chia Pudding with coconut milk and mixed berries - Green Goddess Smoothie/Juice. Drip Coffee & Tea Included
